New cancer diagnostic and treatment centre within the University College Hospital campus in Central London. In order to help achieve the Excellent rating the building benefits from link to district heating / CHP and very good transport links. Southfacing have been advising the client and design team from Stage D through contract award. The building is now operational and it was awarded BREEAM Excellent at Post Construction Review.
