For the months of January and February, Southfacing are offering a 20% discount on all BREEAM Schools/Education 2008 pre-assessment exercises carried out during this time.

We will meet with the design team for a discussion as to how the required target rating (Pass, Good, Very Good or Excellent) can be reached, giving a number of options to achieve and exceed that end. We will then provide a report which details the discussions made which can be used as part of a planning submission. This report also forms a useful foundation for a full BREEAM assessment.
