| Description: | A new BREEAM International project in Sweden! Southfacing have been appointed to carry out a BREEAM International assessment on a landmark office block in central Stockholm. Constructed in the 1940s to architectural acclaim, the building is considered of historic interest by the Stockholm city authorities and will be refurbished in an architecturally sensitive yet highly sustainable manner. The building is on track to be the first mixed use development to be certified in Sweden containing retail use, office space and a number of apartments over 50,000m2 of net lettable floor area. The target rating for the building is Excellent. |
