| Description: | Southfacing are carrying out a BREEAM Schools 2006 assessment of the new Performing Arts Building at Royal Russell School. Royal Russell School is situated in 110 acres of land, near Croydon and South London. The school and the design team have been working closely to target the highest possible BREEAM rating for this new development on site. A number of credit categories have proved to be very challenging due to fact that this is a private school, though in some cases this has made decision making easier, such as the high specification of building services and involvement of an Ecologist and local wildlife groups. |
