| Description: | Following the destruction of the original building by a fire in 2007 the hotel owners decided to rebuild the hotel with strict instruction for the building to be of the same style and on the same footprint. This wish placed a clear restriction on the design team in terms of opportunities for environmental innovation, but through detailed guidance and communication the building achieved a BREEAM Very Good and was completed in early 2009. |
