| Description: | Corby Cube is a new Civic hub building being developed in Corby town centre. It will provide two theatres, a library, Council chambers, council offices and public one-stop-shop, café, restaurant and hair salon. Given this very diverse mix of functional areas, this was one our most complex Bespoke BREEAM assessments. With a client remit of providing an iconic building, constraints were placed on the number of energy and materials credits which were attainable. However, through ongoing guidance and support, we helped the team to achieve the Excellent rating. |
