Full time BREEAM Consultant with 1-2 years experience
A fantastic position has arisen for an recent graduate with BREEAM (and CSH) qualifications to join Southfacing, a well respected sustainable design consultancy in our London offices. Within the role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on small, medium and large scale projects predominantly within the CSH, education, commercial, healthcare and retail sectors. The candidate will also be involved in the continuing development and roll out of our project management tool, Tracker Plus (www.tracker-plus.co.uk).
Qualifications and experience: Candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. It is anticipated that the successful BREEAM Consultant will be accredited in one or more schemes, including BREEAM AP. LEED qualifications/experience and/or SAP/Renewable Energy studies an advantage.
Salary based on experience.
Part Time Senior BREEAM Consultant
A fantastic position has arisen for an experienced BREEAM Consultant to join Southfacing, a well respected sustainable design consultancy in our London offices. Within the role the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large scale projects predominantly within the education, commercial, healthcare, retail and bespoke sectors. The candidate will also be involved in the continuing development and roll out of our project management tool, Tracker Plus (www.tracker-plus.co.uk). It is anticipated that the role will involve 2-3 days per week of flexible hours.
Qualifications: Candidates are sought with a BSc / BEng (or equivalent) and will ideally have an MSc /MEng qualification. It is anticipated that the successful BREEAM Consultant will be accredited and have significant experience in one or more schemes, including BREEAM AP. LEED qualifications/experience an advantage.
