Post: Experienced BREEAM Assessor

Salary: £30k+ dependent on experience, plus good benefits/flexible working

Location: London Kings Cross

Essential

Be an accredited BREEAM Offices, BREEAM Schools and/or Bespoke BREEAM Assessor.
Have experience on leading at least three BREEAM assessment projects, one or more through to certification.
Have experience of UK Building Regulations and Planning Requirements.
Have a proven track record in Project Management.
Ability to manage client expectations and work with a range of design teams.
Methodical work ethic to gather required documentary evidence.
Have a proven track record in working with and leading teams.
Based in London.
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred

Ability to work with minimal supervision and proactively investigate issues.
Experience and qualified as a Bespoke BREEAM assessor.
Other qualifications such membership of CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants programme.

Essential

Knowledge of book-keeping and accounting.
Experience of running an office on a day to day basis.
Very organised and pro-active in problem solving.
Excellent communication skills.

Marketing/HR/Quality experience.
