LEED is the environmental assessment system operated by the US Green Building Council and along with BREEAM can be used to assess buildings anywhere in the world.
Launched in 1998, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the environmental assessment method developed by the US Green Building Council and is the nationally accepted benchmark for assessing the environmental performance of buildings in the US. As well as being widely used in the US, LEED is also being increasingly used in other locations as a means for US companies to demonstrate the environmental credentials of the buildings they are developing internationally.
At Southfacing we have LEED Accredited Professionals who can advise on and support the LEED certification process as required.
