Due to the scale of this building and the mix of functional spaces which will be provided, a Bespoke BREEAM assessment was carried out over the hotel, retail, viewing galleries and residential sections of the building with a standard BREEAM Offices assessment covering the commercial section.

Due to the overlap of these assessments and complexity in applying the BREEAM requirements to such a building, a team of assessors has been working (Rickaby Thompson Associates and Southfacing) to provide client and design team support alongside the formal assessment.
