Southfacing were sub-contracted by Arup to undertake the design stage BREEAM Offices assessment on this prestigious 13,000m2 project, a new bank headquarters for NM Rothschild & Sons, located in a conservation area in the heart of the City of London. The project used an innovative piling method to facilitate the creation of an

The project was successfully certified to a design stage BREEAM Very Good rating in May 2010. In 2012 New Court was shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize and won the RIBA London Building of the Year award
